WHY BECOME A MEMBER?
A Nurse, On Retainer
The Haven Method Membership functions as a monthly retainer for clinical attention, structured in the same manner as a retainer maintained with a lawyer or a financial advisor, whereby a standing monthly fee ensures that a Registered Nurse remains available before a concern arises, rather than only after one has already presented itself.
A portion of that monthly fee is returned to the client each month in the form of a Credit Reserve, which functions as a direct, dollar for dollar allocation that may be applied toward any service across all three divisions of The Haven Method. The sections that follow present each tier in full, followed by a complete explanation of how the Credit Reserve is calculated and applied.

Opal is suited to the client who is easing into an ongoing clinical relationship with The Haven Method. It provides a monthly touchpoint with a Registered Nurse without requiring the fuller commitment of a membership that spans multiple divisions.

One thirty minute check in each month, conducted in the client's home, office, hotel or suite.

The monthly membership fee reflects the full cost of enrollment within a given tier, while the monthly credit reserve represents a dollar for dollar allocation returned to the client as service credit, redeemable in full or in part toward any offering across the three divisions of The Haven Method. The net monthly investment therefore reflects the actual cost of membership once the credit reserve has been applied, and should be understood not as a discount, but as the client's own allocated funds, reserved specifically for her use, and forfeited only if left unspent within a given month.

Common Questions
What is The Haven Membership?
The Haven Method Membership is a monthly retainer through which a Registered Nurse remains directly available to a client, providing standing clinical attention across Aesthetics, Recovery, and Wellness rather than care that begins only once a concern has already arisen.
Why would a client retain a nurse if she is not currently experiencing a concern?
Membership functions in the same manner as a retainer maintained with a lawyer or a financial advisor. Its value lies not only in the moment a concern arises, but in the certainty that a Registered Nurse has already been retained and is already familiar with the client before that moment occurs.
What may the Credit Reserve be applied toward?
The Credit Reserve may be applied toward any service offered across Aesthetics, Recovery, or Wellness, in any combination the client selects, and may be used in a single visit or divided across multiple visits within the same month.
May a client apply her entire Credit Reserve to a single visit?
Yes. There is no limit on the amount of Credit Reserve that may be applied to a single visit, and a client may apply her full monthly Reserve toward one appointment should she prefer to do so.
What happens if the cost of a service exceeds the available Credit Reserve?
Any balance beyond the available Credit Reserve is billed at the rate otherwise charged for that service, due at the time of the visit.
What happens to Credit Reserve funds that are not used within a given month?
Credit Reserve funds do not carry forward. The Reserve renews in full on the first day of each billing cycle, and any unused balance from the prior month is not retained.
May a client change tiers after enrolling?
Yes. An upgrade to a higher tier takes effect immediately upon request. A downgrade to a lower tier takes effect at the start of the following billing cycle.
May a client apply her entire Credit Reserve to a single visit?
Yes. There is no limit on the amount of Credit Reserve that may be applied to a single visit, and a client may apply her full monthly Reserve toward one appointment should she prefer to do so.
How is membership billed, and how may it be cancelled?
Membership is billed monthly on the date of original enrollment and continues on a month to month basis, without an annual contract. A client wishing to cancel her membership must provide 30 days of written notice by email to hello@thehavenmethod.co.
Does membership include aesthetic injectable services?
Aesthetic injectable services remain under physician delegation and are billed separately from membership, though a member's Credit Reserve may be applied toward the cost of these services in the same manner as any other offering.
Is membership available to clients located outside of Texas?
Yes, membership is available to all NLC states interested in Recovery services only. Aesthetics services and Wellness visits are currently available within Texas only.
Membership is billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days of written notice by email, text or in a mailed document. Enrollment is offered to a limited number of clients each quarter in order to preserve direct access for existing members. Aesthetic injectables and wellness services remain under physician delegation, and membership does not constitute a physician-patient relationship.
